The course shall include interactive activities and features developed using Coastal Clarity format. The final deliverables shall include an intranet version using ClarityNet and a CD-ROM version using Coast Clarity Administrator. Proposals will be requested under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. All qualified vendors are invited to submit a proposal in response to the solicitation. Only written requests for the solicitation will be honored. No telephone requests will be accepted. The expected date for release of the solicitation is September 22, 1999. The expected date scheduled for receipt of quotations is September 29, 1999. Only those vendors who can provide a "turnkey" product need respond.
