PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment to construct a 1-story, approximately 20 meters high, structural steel framed maintenance facility, including site work, concrete foundation, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced masonry, metals, wood and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, mechanical work, electrical work, and incidental related work. This proposed procurement will consist of option items. The proposed procurement is Unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. The related small business size standard is $17 million. The estimated cost of procurement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Contract Completion Date is approximately 365 calendar days. The contract will be awarded on "Best Value" using the criteria outlined in the solicitation. Price and Technical Factors are approximately equal in weight.
