The solicitation will be issued on 07 Sep 99 and offers will be due no later than 3:00 PM, local time, on 21 Sep 99. This solicitation will be acquired under Small Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The magnitude of this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 with a performance period of 120 calendar days. The work will consist of plugging and capping wells no longer required by Kirtland AFB. This will include the removal of fill, mechanically perforating the well screen and casing, installing a grout seal, excavation to five feet, cutting the casing(s), capping the sealed well, backfilling, landscaping, video logging and providing a report back to Kirtland AFB.
