Request for Quotation (RFQ) 618-177-99 entitled "Dryer and Lint Collecting System" is issued under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and IAW FAR 6.302 and VAAR 811, the proposed contract is for Brand Name Only supplies and is hereby issued for commercial items to be used in the VA Laundry and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-13.
