This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04684-99-T0543 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 97-13. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business participation only. The SIC is 3663 and the Size Std is 500. There will be ten (10) contract line items for this acquisition as follows: Services, non-personal: Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide Astro 3 Radios and Accessories.
