This is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to DRS Infrared Technologies, Dallas, Tx. The existing IRFPA was produced by DRS Infrared Technologies, a member of the Federated Laboratory Advanced Sensors Consortium. The integration of this IRFPA with the necessary subsystems to form a complete infrared camera will require DRS proprietary information regarding the construction, specifications, and performance of the IRFPA.
