Our hospitals have combined and services are required for government owned durable medical equipment to be issued to our veterans in a turn-key type operation. We require 2,000 square fee of air conditioned storage space, an employee on duty during business hours, delivery and set up of equipment, pick-up of equipment from veterans homes, decontaminated and returned to inventory for reissue. We service patients within a 500-mile radius. Our home oxygen program requires a Respiratory Therapist to service approximately 400 patients. The oxygen program involves Gainesville, Lake City, and associated clinic's in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, and Daytona Beach. We have government owned oxygen concentrators that need to be serviced. Liquid oxygen is currently used, we are slowly converting to gas. Maintenance and tracking of Government Owned CPAP's and BiPAP's. Rental requirements for oxygen conserving devices CHAD or equal and Baby B cylinders. All offeror's must be JCAHO certified at the time of award and throughout the life of the contract. Offeror's will be required to give an oral presentation of their proposal. Contractor will be given one month from the date of award to phase-in the services required.
