This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04684-99-T0510 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 97-13. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business participation only. The SIC is 5131 and the Size Std is 500. There will be four (4) contract line items for this acquisition as follows: Services, non-personal: Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide Level "A" Suits. Line Item 1:Suit, 1 each, Size Medium, Color Yellow. Line Item 2: Suit, 1 each, Size Large, Color Yellow. Line Item 3: Suit, 1 each, Size Extra Large, Color Yellow.
