The order is to provide, install, program, commission and test that which is necessary to secure buildings 12 and 44 with intrusion motion detection that supplements perimeter monitoring. Metallic conduit is existing with motion detection wiring already in place. Wiring and metallic conduit will be extended to detector locations. The field control panel to monitor these devices is existing. Eight motion detectors will be strategically located in each building. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) has been certified, justified and approved for Honeywell Inc. This requirement will be accomplished through the Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR 13 dated December 15, 1994. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
