This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested for a Closed Circuit Television to provide additional security for aircraft for the Tennessee Army National Guard in Nashville, TN. Specific minimum requirements are as follows: Must be stand alone units with fully distributed databases. Control panels that does not require dependency on a central computer system. No more than 2 card readers/keypads required. Control panels must support a minimum of 2 readers/keypads, 4 relay outputs and monitor at least 16 alarm points. Memory must hold at least 3800 card numbers and buffer up to at least 1850 transactions. This system must be expandable to support up to 63 panels on a single port which facilitates control of 126 doors and monitors 1008 alarm points per port. Software must be Windows friendly. Must have silent minimum 3 phase motor technology. Also have current technology of fourth generation Digital Signal Processor high resolution auto-focus camera with integral 16X and 8X digital zone as a minimum. Console system must operate dome systems, aurora multiplexers and VCRs. Also must have at least 64 user-defined macro functions, on-line help aids for operation and programming and external Pan Tilt Zoom joystick. Warranty information to be provided with proposal. The Government considers Access Control Systems, Surveyor 99, Northern Computer's N-1000-II and Hy Security Model 222 Slide Gate Operator equipment OR EQUAL to meet the minimum security requirements.
