The U.S. Department of Commerce intends to issue a sole source contract to Amplitude Software Corporation, 185 Berry Street, San Francisco, CA 94107 for the following proprietary software licenses: Reserve Enterprise Edition 2.2 Services 2.0 and Reports Module. Amplitude will also provide 14 Class III Resources, 100 Class I Resources, Professional Services and On-Site Training. The Library and Special Services Division of the Office of Administrative Operations,Office of Administrative Services has a need to acquire and implement a web-based automated conference room scheduling and accompanying inventory/equipment tracking software for providing service primarily to clients in the HCH Building and other Commerce agencies in the metropolitan area. The software is a web-based scheduler system, works with Banyan, Novell and Windows NT without a bridge. The conference room scheduling system must identify what rooms are available for a date and time frame by the reservee. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement no more than 15 calendar days from the published date of this announcement to the above address.
