ATM technologies converge voice, video, and data. The ATM equipment shall perform detailed tests that measure performance, standard conformance, and quality of service. The listed equipment; hardware/ software enables the Technical Support Team to access, evaluate, analyze and test the latest ATM networking technology releases. EQUIPMENT SHALL CONTAIN: a. Modular chassis with up to 16 slots; 4 slot minimum b. Ethernet 10baseT remote control access c. Windows NT Based Controller Software d. 622MBps (OC-12) and 155MBps (OC-3) generation & analysis e. Traffic shaping capability on all cell streams h. UNI 3.0/3.1/4.0 SVC signaling emulation capability i. OAM Cell generation & analysis j. Quality of Service (QoS) Analysis for 2000+ simultaneous cell streams at FULL LINE RATE 100% utilization. QoS Performance Measurements to include: Cell sequence number Transmission time stamp Single cell or cross cell PRBS pattern Payload CRC k. Automatic sub stream filtering by VPI/VCI and AAL type l.
