A solicitation will be issued. Request For Proposal (RFQ) 673-28-00 is assigned and shall be referenced on any proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 2721 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612 intends to issue RFQs to the Library of Congress Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders to the placement of new and renewal Fedlink subscription services for foreign and domestic serials, publications and related services. Services are used by this VA facility. Written responses shall include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. Technical expertise, pastperformance, automation, price and price related factors will be evaluated. Services are for the period of January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000.
