First Article Testing is required (3 units), inspection shall be at the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia. First article will be approved after visual & dimensional examination and after testing in accordance with drawing 561-636, Rev J (Neutral Grey) and MIL-V-43511. Waiver of First Article Approval will be consider upon request on an individual basis. Production lot Sampling will be required.
