The Government intends to issue on a sole-source basis under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Commercial Items Procedures a purchase order with Litton Data Systems, San Diego, CA for Single Channel Ground and Air Radio System (SINCGARS) Dual Analog Digital and Serial PC Tactical Communications Interface Module (SPTCIM) that are required for the development and test effort of Marine Air Ground Task Force Software Baseline (MSBL/C2PC) Software. Litton Data Systems is the only source that can provide the required SINCGARS and SPTCIM as it is only manufactured through Litton. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of a request for quotation (RFQ) for information only will be honored.
