Provide a 1500 pound capacity alkaline hydrolysis digestion system for the disposal of infectious and non-infectious organic waste. The digestion system shall use alkaline solution and heat under pressure in a sealed stainless steel tank to reduce the animal and tissues to a sterile aqueous solution for direct disposal into municipal sewer system. Equipment shall reduce the total solids waste reduction to 97% aqueous solution. The digestion system and process shall be effective against toxic agents, cytotoxic agents, embalmed tissues, and low level radioactive contaminated tissues. The equipment and controls system shall be portable and fit into existing 16'x15'x11' high room. This is A 100% Set-Aside for small business/ (fewer than 500 employees).
