The solicitation is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. The proposed contract type must be consistent with those available for use under FAR Subpart 12 or 13 and/or an Offeror's existing commercial procurement vehicles such as a GSA schedule or GWAC. Contract type shall also be an evaluation subfactor under price. All other terms and conditions of Solicitation NMA201-99-R-0004 and Amendment R1 thereto remain unchanged.
