The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Integrated Undersea Surveillance System (IUSS) Program Office (PMW182) intends to contract on a sole-source basis with Logicon Information Solutions for software development support and engineering services related to developing an interface between the Global Command and Control System -- Maritime (GCCS-M) Joint Mapping Visualization (JMV) software and the Navy Common Acoustic Processor (NCAP) display software. NCAP is under development to provide next generation IUSS processing capabilities, and this effort would provide for a GCCS-M based Geographic Display capability integrated with the acoustic displays in NCAP. This contract provides for efforts required to design, prototype, and implement an interface between GCCS-M and NCAP in order to incorporate specific GCCS-M JMV functionality into IUSS acoustic displays. This includes various aspects of system design, softwaredevelopment, documentation, testing and installation, and interaction with key members of SPAWAR IUSS and related communities. Period of performance is through 30 Sep 2001. This will be a time and materials effort for a not-to-exceed amount of $1,897,490.
