commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart
12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals
are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation No. 1425-99-SQ-1U-00035 is issued as a Request for
Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This acquisition is a total
small business set-aside. The size standard is 100 employees and the
standard industrial classification is 5082. The Upper Columbia Area
Office, Yakima, Wa., has a requirement for furnishing and installing a
six-way blade on a 1979 D-4E Crawler. CLIN 0001: Remove existing
blade; purchase new six-way blade; install all needed valves, hoses,
controls, and parts for new six-way blade operation; install new
six-way blade; include all miscellaneous supplies and waste disposal;
return of the old blade. The present configuration of the Crawler has
two operational valves of which one is being used. We make no
guarantees to the quality of these valves. The required delivery date
is November 1, 1999. The delivery address is Upper Columbia Area
Office, 1917 Marsh Road, Yakima, WA 98907-1794. The following FAR

(May 99). Clause 52.215-5, paragraph (b) is tailored to incorporate the
following clauses by reference: 52.219-5, 52.219-8, 52.222-26,
52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-3, 52.225-21 Alt. I, 52.232-34.
Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3,
Offeror Representationsan Certifications Commercial Item (Jun 99),
with the quote. Offerors may request a copy of this clause be faxed to
