Require customer support to answer questions from our medical providers concerning any of the software databases, services or subscriptions procedures. 5. Ability to request new topics of data be added to the system. This requirement allows medical providers within WHMC to obtain information that may be specific to out patient population 6. Require all pharmaceutical information upgrades. To include free technical support to assist with installation of upgrades. All Information Technology items must by year 2000 compliant, or noncompliant items must be upgraded at no additional cost to be year 2000 compliant by December 31, 1999. Year 2000 compliant means Information Technology that accurately processes date/time data (including, but not limited to, calculating comparing, and sequencing) from, into, and between the twentieth and twenty first centuries, and the years 1999 and 2000 and leap year calculations. Furthermore, year 2000 compliant Information Technology when used incombination with other Information Technology, shall accurately process date/time data if the other Information Technology properly exchanges date/time data with it.
