Statement of Work Installing Liquid Nitrogen Lines F09650-99-Q-1108 General: Provide all tools, material, labor, transportation, travel, and per diem to complete the installation of Liquid Nitrogen Lines in the Avionics Repair Shop (LYP) at Robins AFB GA 31098. Task 1: Install piping from the existing capped tee to provide two additional Liquid Nitrogen line drops below the drop ceiling, located 22 feet to the east. Task 2: Install a line connecting the Liquid Nitrogen drop to the RMTS station, including shutoff valve, safety valve and regulator. Task 3: Remove existing Cryovent, and install new vertical riser to extend the line and elevate Cryovent location above the roof through the roof curb. Install new Cryovent above roof. Task 4: Remove existing Cryovent and install new Cryovent; reattach copper tubing to new valve outlet for venting nitrogen gas to exterior of building. Task 5: At the 3000 gallon Liquid Nitrogen Tank, remove defective section of vacuum jacketed piping and replace with new section. Defective is designated as VS-1, S/N 66416. Task 6: At the 3000 gallon Liquid Nitrogen Tank, insulate exposed copper tubing located between the vacuum jacketed piping section and tank's liquid outlet connection (VS-1, S/N 66416). Task 7: Remove existing Cryovent and install new Cryovent with 100 volt plug in ventilation heater located above the roof through the roof curb. Task 8: At the 1500 gallon Liquid Nitrogen Tank, insulate exposed copper tubing located between the vacuum jacketed piping section designated model VS-1, S/N 86920 and the tank's liquid outlet connection.
