The qualifications required for this position are; post-secondary paralegal specialist training or equivalent; minium of two years experience as a paralegal specialist and three years in office administration; proven knowledge of legal research techniques, including familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis; good working knowledge of modern office systems. Eligiblity for certification as a Notary Public for Virginia is desirable. Applicants must be national of a NATO member state and eligible for a security clearance.
