shall consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment,
and constructing the Item 487-R levee enlargement and berms in East
Carroll Parish, Louisiana. Principal features of the work include
mobilization and demobilization, clearing and grubbing, levee
enlargement, levee setforward, berms, ramps, inspection ditch, double
pipe culvert with stone ditch protection, roadway repair,
sand-clay-gravel or crushed stone surfacing, stone ditch protection at
borrow area outlet ditch, mowing and turfing, maintaining capacity of
existing sewage line, removing/salvaging existing cattle guard and
reinstalling with new concrete headers, providing as-built drawings,
storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection. The
estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and
$5,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the
