Furnish all labor material and equipment necessary to install two (2) new Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST's), and new fuel distribution system equipment at USCG Station Siuslaw River. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: A) Remove and dispose of three existing AST's; one 500-gallon capacity bilge waste, one 280-gallon capacity used oil, and one 120-gallon capacity unleaded gasoline. NOTE: Gasoline fuel remaining in the existing 120-gallon capacity AST shall be transferred into the new GFE gasoline designated AST. B) Existing 2,000-gallon capacity diesel fuel AST to remain in place. C) Install two (2) new AST's, and related appurtenances. AST's shall be provided on-site as GFE. D) Install one new hose reel, new gasoline fueling hose with hose stop, one new meter, and one new fuel dispensing nozzle. E) Install two new leak detection devices. Gasoline and diesel across the pier walkway. F) Install new double-containment gasoline fuel piping from pier walkway with new double-containment diesel fuel piping.. H) NOTE: New double-containment gasoline and diesel fuel piping is to be installed from the existing buried double-containment piping at pier walkway brow along pier walkway to the hose reels only. I) Install new electrical conduit, and related appurtenances. J) Install guard posts around new AST installation.
