This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quotation. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This action is restricted to small businesses. The following is a list of requirements: Line Item 0001; (1) tandem axle trailer with 1,000 gallon ss tank. Transport for waste only. Rear flush/drain to empty. No grounding strap. Centrifugal pump powered by internal combustion engine. Stainless steel tank, 54" diameter, 9' in length, to remain inside 11' berm, rear drain port for gravity flow empty. Trailer frame: leaf spring suspension, tandem axle, with bolt-on ladder for access to top hatch. Suction hose reel, spring rewind, 50' capacity. Centrifugal pump: Internal combustion engine option: Gasoline, electric start, 8hp,complete w/battery or Diesel, Electric start, 10hp, complete w/battery. Induction tank, 15 gallon. Wheel chocks, quantity of (4). Line Item 0002; (1) Tandem axle trailer with 500 gallon ss tank. Extract and dispense clean diesel fuel. Fuel filter on pressure side. 12 volt pump. Recoiling ground strap. Stainless steel tank, 48" diameter. Suction hose: 50' of suction hose with diameter as appropriate for pump. Suction hose reel: Spring rewind, 50' capacity. Suction end fitting with dry disconnect, suitable for extracting from 55 gallon drums. Pressure filter. Auto shut-off nozzle. Pressure hose, 50'. Pressure hose reel, spring rewind, 50' capacity. 12 volt pump, 10 gallons per minute, wiring harness for trailer and tow vehicle. Dry quick disconnects: the press circuit and the suction circuit will be used individually. No spill hose connectors will be used to swap connections at the one pump. Grounding reel with cable. Induction tank, 15 gallon. Wheel chocks, quantity of 4. Line Item 0003; (3) Tandem axle trailers with 500 gal ss tanks. Transport fuel to AST. Use AST pump to empty tanker. 12 volt pump to extract fuel from vehicles. No filter. Recoiling ground strap. Stainless steel tank, 48" diameter. The offeror should also provide its Commercial and Government Entity (Cage) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification Number. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register to be eligible for award. If a change occurs in this requirement, only those offerors that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
