The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland has a requirement for four trailer system upgrades/refurbishments. This is a sole source requirement intended for Power Systems International, Inc. (PSI), 595C Old Willets Path, Hauppauge, NY 11788. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis as Power Systems International, Inc. is the only known trailer integrator to have the airlift certifications required for DoD. The SOMS-B Trailer System has become a standard and established product of PSI. PSI's trailer systems' drawings and specifications have been identified as proprietary.
