This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04684-99-T0518 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 97-13. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business participation only. The SIC is 3569 and the Size Std is 500 employees. There will be one (1) contract line item for this acquisition as follows: Services, non-personal: Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, transportation, and supervision necessaryto provide Clortec Model MC-100 on-Site Sodium Hypochlorite Generation System -- one (1) Each; complete with: DC Rectifier Cabinet, 480 volt three phase -- 1 each. P.L.C. Control Logic, PC, and Xycom Touchscreen -- 1 each. Electrolytic cell (rack mounted) with DSA titanium electrodes -- 2 each. 45RPM Brine Bellows pump & mounting shelf -- 1 each.
