The intent of this solicitation is to request prices for a supplier's Truck, Firefighting line. The anticipated contract type is to be a Commercial Requirements Type Contract for apparatus for which the Government anticipates having future requirements. Multiple Award Contracts will be placed with contractors for their individual product line. Product line is to include, but is not limited to the following: 1. Pumpers: Rescue pumpers; Attack pumpers; Structural pumpers. 2. Tankers 3. Rescue Vehicles: Heavy rescue, Walk-in and non walk-in; Medium rescue; Light rescue. 4. Aerials: Aerial Quint; Aerial Ladders; Aerial platform; Aerial Pumper. 5. Aircraft Rescue Firefighting Vehicle; Crash Rescue Vehicle. 6 Brush fire trucks; Wildfire trucks; Command Vehicles; Haz-Mat Attacker; Airport Quick Attack. 7. Glider Kits for firefighting apparatus as an option to renovating/refurbishing/overhauling older vehicles or wrecked vehicles. The supplier(seller) shall sell to the buyer the items set forth in the supplier's commercial catalog. Such items may be referred to as "Products or end products" hereafter. Supplier may sell to the buyer any items and services incidental to the end product and any add-on items as needed to customize a piece of equipment to conform to the customer's requirement and meet their needs. Services may include, but not be limited to repair, installation, training, and extended warranties. Items may include, but not be limited to, the sale of repair parts, options, attachments and add-ons. The term of the resulting contracts will be a five year base. Delivery shall be in accordance with the supplier's best commercial practice. Offers will be evaluated with a 10% preference for small disadvantaged business concerns.
