Solicitation number N00168-00-RQ-L041 will be issued 29 September 1999 for the Blood Bank Division, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. NNMC has a requirement for a standing order for consumable items used within the Blood Bank. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order for a base year period of one (1)year effective from date of award through 30 September 2000 with two (2)option years. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).
