66 -- CH-60S AND SH-60R KEYSET CASS TPS SOL N68335-00-R-0112 POC Ms. Marybeth Kacek, Code 25215MK, (732) 323-2061 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Operational Test Program Set (OTPS) development for the Pilot/Co-Pilot/Sensor Operator (PLT/COPLT/SO) Keyset Weapons Replaceable Assembly (WRA) on a non-competitive basis from Lockheed Martin Federal Systems of Owego, NY. The PLT/COPLT/SO Keyset function as the prime interface between the aircrew members and the flight/mission avionics systems on both the CH-60S and the SH-60R platforms. The Noun Reference Designation and P/N for the PLT/COPLT Keyset is C-12580A/51D1000000 respectively; for the SO Keyset they are C-12581A/51D2000000. The Navy does not own adequate specifications, drawings and related data to permit full and open competition. Items being procured include approximately one (1) Intermediate-Level pre-production WRA OTPS to fault isolate the above Keyset WRA to the faulty Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs); seven (7) production sets and an option for eleven (11) production sets. All responsible sources are encouraged to identify themselves and submit a proposal which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
