70 -- PURCHASE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICE SOL N63165-99-R-0018 DUE 091499 POC Christine Stewart, 202-685-1129, Contract Specialist and Mary Markowski, Contracting Officer, 202-685-1125 70 -- Naval Comuter and Telecommunication Station, Washington (NCTSW) intends to award a contract to Enterprise Control Systems, LLC on a Sole-Source basis for NCTS Washington's Customer Support Center (CSC) requires an additional keyboard-video-mouse (KVM) system for the Command Bridge, which is currently being established in the N82 computer lab. The current KVM system is out of capacity. A KVM system allows N82 to concentrate 32 PCs into one keyboard-video-mouse system. Once operational, the Command Bridge will allow N82 to monitor customer (MSC, NDW, NCRN) and its internal networks at the bridge. The requested hardware will ease management of the server farm from one location. It will also optimize physical space and cut down on the amount of needed hardware. All responsible sources may submit written responses containing sufficient technical documentation to establish capability to meet requirement. All responses must be received in writing within 5 calendar days of publication of this notice. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal Acquisition Steamlining Act (FASA).
