The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD intends to procure an Enterprise License for unlimited use of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) known as ENG-1, INV-3, PO-1, and PO-3 (hereafter referred to as the "API Toolset"). This is commercial interface software for CompassCONTRACT software already purchased by the Government. WDS is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the CompassCONTRACT software suite and the API Toolset. As such, WDS has unique and peculiar knowledge of the API Toolset and the support associated therewith; only WDS is thoroughly familiar with, and has possession of, all documentation and source code required for this effort.
