The US Army Research Laboratory intends to award a sole source purchase order to Physical Science Laboratory, New Mexico State University for theoretical research and analysis (3 to 6 month effort) on the structures for classifying multi-agent interactions. This analysis will include the development of non-linear and combinatoric system identification methods and tools applicable to emergent decision systems adn susceptibility/vulnerability assessment. The effort will include the definition of metrics, the development of models and algorithms, and the demonstration of illustrative applications. THERE WILL BE NO FORMAL RFQ.
