award a sole source contract to Wilderness Inquiry, 1313 5th St, SE,
Box 84, Minneapolis, Mn 55414-1546 to complete a comprehensive study of
ways to improve access for individuals with disabilities to outdoor
recreational opportunities (such as fishing, hunting, trapping,
wildlife viewing, hiking, boating and camping) made available to the
public on fedral lands managed by the USDA Forest Service, the National
Park Service, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Bureau of Land
Management. The completed study is required no later than March 2000.
The authority for this procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302. See
