The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to issue a modification to increase contract N00140-98-D-K146 by incorporating non-personal contractor maintenance services for the inspecting, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the various systems, subsystems, and components of the AV8B aircraft. Performance will be at NAS Cherry Point, NC for tasks 32557, 32558, 32559, 32560, and NAS Yuma, AZ for tasks 32561 and 32562 covering the Air Frame. Performance will be at NAS Cherry Point, NC for tasks 32563, 32564, 32565, 32566 and NAS Yuma, AZ for tasks 32567 and 32568 covering the Weapon Systems Integrator. Performance will be at NAS Cherry Point, NC for task 32569, and NAS Yuma, AZ for task 32570 covering the Logistic Support Representative. Each task requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience. Security Clearances are required. Anticipated IDIQ contract with 11 man months for the base year and 12 man months for the option year for each task. Government intends to negotiate with theoriginal equipment manufacturer (OEM), McDonnell Douglas Corporation. The OEM is the only known source with the requisite knowledge, data, and experience to provide support to these systems.
