The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to contract on a competitive basis for comprehensive Radiologist Services at Penscola, FL Naval Hospital. This is a nonpersonal services contract covering a professional discipline to provide services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Defense healthcare system. Services include providing routine and specialized radiographic procedures,and the care, management and evaluation of patients and radiology films. The contract covers one Radiologist with options for two additional radiologists and has a base performance period of 01 Nov 1999 to 30 Sept 2000 plus four twelve-month options. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 8011. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with the Simplified Test Program procedures at FAR 13.5 for these commercial item services.
