The USSAH is a Continuing Care Retirement Community of approximately 1150 retired and former members of the Armed Forces with an average age of 74. The purpose of the surveillance services is to investigate the physical capabilities and other information on individuals to support alleged workmen's compensation violations. The award will be based on best value. The technical proposal is limited to five pages. The evaluation factors are 1) Experience and Capability to provide surveillance services, 2) Management/Technical Approach, and 3) Price. This is a simplified acquisition for commercial items up to $5 million in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13.
