The U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, Natick, MA has a requirement for the repair of six roofs in the Wayland Military Family Housing Area. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to: Remove and dispose of all existing shingles, gutters, downspouts, and soffits. Replace underlayment. Install new ridge vents, new ice dam membrane and aluminum drip edge. Repoint chimney and replace flashing as necessary. Install new asphalt shingles, new soffit panels, and 3" x 5" aluminum gutters, elbows, and downspouts. Period of performance is 30 calendar days. The SIC Code for the acquisition is 1521. The Small Business Size Standard is $17 Million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
