This solicitation is to increase the quantities obtained on purchase order N00164-99-M-1107 to Ocean Design. This synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this procurement is 3643.
