The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to upgrade the existing InTouch application software programs and confirm Y2K compliance in accordance with Wonderware test procedures. The Contractor shall provide and install four 19" Industrial CRT Monitors (Qmation P/N CM-1910-P), four Light Industrial Pentium PC (Qmation P/N 36-2100), and InTouch Runtime Upgrades with V7.0 I/O servers and Options (Qmation P/N 12-0026). This sole source procurement is based on the fact that this is the only authorized representative of Wonderware in the Northeast Region of the United States that is approved to perform services on Qmation applications and software.
