MEDICAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE F01600-00-Q0077 Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a fiscal year 2000 requirement with the period of performance being from 1 Oct 99 -- 30 Sep 00. Issuance of this solicitation does not bind the government to award a contract. An award will be made contingent on fiscal year 2000 funding. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposal being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This F01600-00-Q0077 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 5047 and the size standard for a small business is 100 employees. The following factors will be evaluated: (l) technical capability of the Contractor offering services to meet the Government's requirement; (2) past performance; and (3) price.
