This solicitation is for a commercial item/service prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number F05611-00-Q0025 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
