It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to procure on a sole source basis with the Center for Public Service Communication (CPSC), 1600 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 500, Arlington, Virginia 22209, for the Management of the NLM Pan American Health Organization Project (PAHO). CPSC will continue to provide assistance in developing the tracking system for monitoring PAHO projects; organize and participate in an ongoing 10-day assessment mission to Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Honduras; and organize and convene with NLM and PAHO staff for a one-two week training session at NLM. Interested vendors may identify in writing their interest with their capability statement to the Contracting Officer prior to the closing date of the notice. The Government will consider all responses received before the closing date of this announcement. This notice of intent is not a competitive Request for Quotations (RFQ) nor is an RFQ available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
