PUBLIC INFORMATION AND INVOLVEMENT SERVICES FOR THE FLORIDA KEYS CARRYING CAPACITY STUDY WITHIN THE JACKSONVILLE DISTRICT. US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to procure services for preparation, development and execution of the public information and involvement program for the Florida Keys Carrying Capacity Study. Knowledge is required of the Florida Keys social and civic environment to enable development of the most effective public information and involvement program for the Florida Keys Carrying Capacity Study. Contract work shall include development and execution of the public information and involvement program, research, media program, meetings and workshop support, stakeholder relations, preparation of public information/ education/awareness materials, and a report on the public information and involvement program for inclusion in the Florida Keys Carrying Capacity Study Report. A Firm, Fixed-Price contract for a base period and one option year is considered for the acquisition. The Government intends to make award to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. Technical and price proposals will be required. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns, therefore all responsible small business sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
