NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH CLEARVIEW CONSULTING, ANCHORAGE, AK Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Clearview Consulting in Anchorage AK for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Purpose of contract is to provide standardized fishery observer training for the NMFS. Clearview Consulting will provide training at the Anchorage Observer Training Center in multi-species community development quota. Training must be consistent among all observers in Seattle, WA and Anchorage, AK for at-sea deployments. No public solicitation will be issued, this is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
