WEB-BASED TRAINING EPA intends to award a sole source procurement on or about September 29, 1999 to Langevin Learning Services of Ontario, Canada, pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1): -- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for the development of web-based training trainer certification courses required at the National Enforcement Training Institute (NETI). The training offered by Langevin Learning Services would be a continuation of training courses required for the NETI staff to be come certified trainers. Langevin Learning Services is unique for addressing the aspects of this effort. No Request for Quotation is available and this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. All responsible sources may respond by submitting a written narrative statement of capability within 15 days of this notice to Nancy Becker at the above address for consideration by the Agency. Responses must include detailed information and literature demonstrating the ability to meet the requirements. Responses shall also include itemized pricing that is sufficient to make determination that competition is feasible.
