The PRMS consists of the Pressurized Rescue Module (PRM), Transfer Skirt, Umbilical Winch (including the Umbilical), Control Van, PRMS Transport Interfaces and PRMS Auxiliary Equipment. The contractor is responsible for the design, construction, testing, quality assurance, and delivery of the PRMS. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on the NAVSEA Contracts Directorate home page (http://www.contracts.hq.navy.mil/home.html) on or about October 15, 1999.
