This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. Award of this Solicitation is contingent upon monies being made available prior to fiscal year 2000 (1 Oct 99). The government is seeking services, non-personal: to purchase and have installed two Motorola UHF/VHF Radios. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 97-06 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. It is the contractor responsibility to be familiar with all-applicable clauses and provisions. (iv) This acquisition will be 100% Small Business set aside. Unless there are no small businesses that respond, or the price quoted is not deemed fair and reasonable to the government.
