58 -- MOUNTING TRAYS FOR AN/ARC-220 RECEIVER TRANSMITTER AND POWER AMPLIFIER COUPLER DUE 092499 POC James Mueller 732-532-2320 E-MAIL: Mounts for AN/ARC-220, muellerj@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. This is a market survey to locate additional sources of supply of mounting trays for the AN/ARC-220 Receiver Transmitter (5975-01-445-6169) and AN/ARC-220 Power Amplifier Coupler (5975-01-445-6162). The Government is considering a procurement quantity of 60 for each of these mounting trays. This market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Current sources for these items are Allied Signal (Olathe, KS) and Rockwell Collins (Cedar Rapids, IA). Detailed technical data for the manufacture and acceptance of these items is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items must so indicate in writing to PM-AEC, ATTN: SFAE-AV-AEC-F (Mueller), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5064. The responses must include documentation such as drawings, test results, and other technical information demonstrating that the supplier can supply the mounts that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the items from the current suppliers of these NSNs. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the mounts will satisfactorily perform when used by the purpose intended by the Army.
