Snider, Contract Specialist, Code 02631B, (703) 602-7707 ext. 683 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions for a period of up to three years under a new Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-99-G-6346 with Lockheed Martin, Ocean Radar and Sensor Systems Division, of 9255 Wellington Road, Manassas, VA 20110-4121. Orders will be issued for engineering change kits and engineering services for the AN/SYQ-13 Navigation Command and Control System and the AN/SSQ-109 Machinery Ship Control. This includes repairs, restorations, modifications, installation and checkout (INCO) materials, maintenance support materials, and repair parts. Lockheed Martin (formerly Loral Corporation) is the only known company that currently possesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment required to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein.
